Role DescriptionThe Academic Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based at Edoxi’s Doha, Qatar campus. This position focuses on guiding prospective and current learners in selecting appropriate courses and programs that align with their academic background, interests, and career goals. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting individual counseling sessions, providing academic advising, and offering career guidance to help learners understand market trends and skill requirements. The Academic Counselor will support enrollment processes, respond to learner inquiries, maintain accurate advising records, and collaborate with instructors and administrative staff to monitor learner progress and retention. The role also involves participating in information sessions, outreach activities, and continuous improvement of counseling practices to enhance the overall learner experience.
