About the job:
Title: Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager
Location: India (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Market Coverage: North America
About the Role
Intuitive.ai is looking for an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to design and execute targeted, multi-touch digital and email campaigns that drive net-new customer acquisition and expand engagement within existing accounts. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales — you'll build the campaigns that move named accounts from cold awareness to a booked executive conversation, working in lockstep with our Inside Sales and Client Partner teams to convert digital engagement into pipeline.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who understands ABM strategy, has extensive HubSpot experience orchestrating and driving campaigns, management and reading the analytics dashboard the next morning.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute ABM campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, display, retargeting, web personalization) and email, targeted at named accounts and buying committees within our priority verticals (BFSI, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Industrials).
- Build and manage multi-touch nurture sequences that guide prospects through a defined journey — from educational, no-pitch content, to proof points and case studies, to event-driven or sales-triggered outreach.
- Own email marketing campaign execution end-to-end — segmentation, copywriting/briefing, A/B testing, deliverability, and performance reporting — using HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation platform).
- Partner directly with Inside Sales and Client Partners to align campaign timing with outbound cadences, ensuring every digital touch is followed by human outreach within 24–48 hours.
- Build and maintain target account lists in coordination with sales leadership, segmenting by vertical, buying stage, and whitespace opportunity within existing accounts.
- Track and report campaign performance — engagement rates, MQL/SQL conversion, pipeline influenced and generated — and use that data to continuously refine targeting and messaging.
- Coordinate with content and design to ensure campaign assets (landing pages, one-pagers, email creative) are account- and persona-relevant, not generic.
- Support event-led ABM motions — pre-event targeting, on-site/digital amplification, and post-event nurture for conferences and executive briefings (e.g., Sibos, industry roundtables).
- Maintain campaign hygiene in the CRM/marketing automation stack, ensuring accurate lead source, campaign attribution, and account tagging for clean reporting.
- What You Bring
- 5–10 years of experience specifically in ABM, demand generation, or growth marketing in a consultative IT services, or enterprise technology environment.
- Hands on experience on HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales navigator and ABM tools like Reco tap or factors.ai
- Minin 5 + years relevant exp in B2B tech Company, US focused accounts.
- Proven hands-on experience running digital and email campaigns — you've built the audience, written or briefed the copy, launched the campaign, and reported on the results yourself, not just managed an agency doing it.
- Working knowledge of ABM platforms and tactics (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot only).
- Strong analytical instincts — comfortable pulling and interpreting campaign performance data to make targeting and messaging decisions, not just reporting vanity metrics.
- Experience working closely with sales teams — understanding of SLAs between marketing and sales, lead handoff processes, and how to keep both functions aligned on account-level strategy.
- Excellent written communication skills — you can write a compelling subject line and a clear campaign brief with equal ease.
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration — this is a builder's role in a growing marketing function, not a maintain-the-status-quo role.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing into BFSI, Healthcare or other regulated enterprise verticals.
- Familiarity with intent data platforms and how to operationalize signals into campaign triggers.
- Exposure to event marketing or conference-led pipeline generation.
- Basic proficiency with design tools (eg: Figma) for quick campaign asset iteration.
What Success Looks Like
First 15 Days
- Fully ramped on Intuitive.ai's ICP, named account list, and current campaign stack.
- Has audited and documented the existing ABM/email motion, identifying quick-win gaps.
- Launched at least one revised or new campaign against a priority vertical.
First 6 Months
- Owns a repeatable, documented ABM playbook covering digital + email sequencing, tightly aligned with the Inside Sales follow-up cadence.
- Demonstrated measurable lift in engagement-to-meeting conversion for targeted accounts.
- Established a clean, trusted reporting rhythm that sales leadership references for account-level engagement visibility.
Key Metrics This Role Owns
- Campaign-influenced pipeline generated per quarter
- MQL-to-SQL conversion rate for ABM-targeted accounts
- Email engagement rates (open, click-through, reply) against benchmark
- Named account engagement/coverage — % of target accounts with active multi-touch engagement
- Speed from digital touch to sales follow-up (target: within 24–48 hours)
