Account Coordinator

At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious partner contracting for local & international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC.

The Account Coordinator supports account management and client servicing teams by coordinating projects, maintaining client communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of events or campaigns. This role acts as a bridge between clients and internal teams, assisting in planning, documentation, and operational follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers in managing client accounts and projects.
• Coordinate internal teams (creative, operations, production, logistics) to ensure project deliverables are on track.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, approvals, and project updates.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and meeting notes for clients.
• Follow up on project timelines, deadlines, and client requests.
• Support the preparation of budgets and expense tracking.
• Help organize client meetings, site visits, and event logistics.
• Monitor project progress and elevate issues or delays to senior management.
• Assist in preparing post-event reports and client feedback summaries.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, client servicing, or project coordination in events, exhibitions, or marketing industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
• Graduated from a recognized university or college.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM, event management, or project management tools is an advantage.

• You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thus cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not pose any risks in terms of health, safety and environment to others.
