With an empowering corporate culture based on continuous learning, accountability, and growth—and the result is an impressive roster of clients, long-lasting business relationships, and one of the best places to work in the staffing sector.

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our team to support our efforts at the top of the sales funnel. The BDM will use creative prospecting methods to identify and qualify potential new opportunities. • Prospect and build targeted lists of potential clients within your assigned market.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach to identify and engage new business opportunities.
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Deliver concise sales pitches and introduce qualified prospects to the sales team for deal development.
• Research market trends to identify new industries, companies, and growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, outreach tracking, and client data within the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed outreach, pipeline, and performance metrics while supporting overall revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ year of staffing industry experience
• Cold calling and outbound business development experience required
• Ability to build credibility and develop strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ATS and CRM tools such as HubSpot preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Career-driven, creative, and motivated to grow within a recruiting organization
• Missing something? If this sounds like a great job you can do, but you’re missing a few qualifications, we encourage you to apply anyway. We understand a diverse workplace requires a diversity of experience—and we want to include yours in the mix if you've got the skills we need!
