Anchor Point Technology Resources is hiring an Account Executive to build new client relationships, expand accounts, and represent a growing portfolio of technology and talent solutions.
For more than 15 years, Anchor Point has helped companies secure the people, expertise, and delivery capacity they need to move important work forward. Ours is a human-centric people business. The services are staffing and solutions, but what a client remembers is the person we placed, the problem that got solved, and how they were treated along the way.
Our Account Executives sell the full platform, not a single service line: contract staffing, direct hire, executive search, Skill Pods, and solutions delivery. They work directly with company leadership, and everything they sell is backed by experienced recruiting and delivery teams.
We are looking for someone who understands that the best salespeople do more than present services. They learn the business, ask intelligent questions, recognize opportunities, and become a trusted resource to the people they serve.
What you will do
What success looks like
Success in this role means building trust with our clients. A year in, you have built a strong pipeline of your own making, developed business across more than one service line, and formed multiple relationships within each key account. Clients call you before an immediate need exists, and the recruiting team values what you bring them because it arrives well qualified.
Who we are looking for
Experience in technology staffing or consulting is preferred, but we are also interested in strong business developers from adjacent professional services.
The person who will thrive here
You are curious about how companies work, and you ask better questions than most people. You understand that trust is built before business is won, and that persistence doesn't have to become transactional. You care about bringing in the right business, not simply more business. You see clients and candidates as people first, not requisitions and resumes, and you know the difference shows in every conversation. You want to work somewhere your relationships, judgment, and results are visible.
Compensation and benefits
We believe in transparency about compensation. It is how we work with clients and candidates, and it is how we hire.
