Role Description The Account Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The individual in this role will manage client relationships, understand business objectives, and translate them into clear briefs for internal creative and technology teams. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating projects, tracking deliverables, preparing presentations and reports, and ensuring campaigns and solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. The Account Executive will support new business efforts by participating in pitches, conducting market research, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. This role also involves collaborating closely with designers, developers, and strategists to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, including stakeholder management and clear, professional communication.
• Skills in project coordination and account management, such as organizing timelines, monitoring progress, and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Understanding of digital media and marketing concepts, including content, creative, and technology-driven campaigns.
• Strong analytical and research abilities to assess client needs, market trends, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., presentation software, spreadsheets, project management platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving client requirements.
• Prior experience in an agency, consultancy, or media/tech environment.
