Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Account Manager to drive sales of our company's AI Products and Solutions . The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with C-Level Executives, business leaders, IT leaders, and enterprise customers and be comfortable managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for our AI products and solutions .
• Build and maintain relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, and other senior executives .
• Conduct executive-level meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and business discussions.
• Understand customer business challenges and position appropriate AI solutions.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Develop and maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, presentations, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Work closely with AI, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
• Manage existing strategic accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Attend industry events, conferences, networking meetings, and customer engagements to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, forecasts, and customer information in CRM.
• Build long-term partnerships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in B2B, Enterprise, SaaS, IT Services, or Technology Sales .
• Proven experience selling technology products or solutions to enterprise customers.
• Strong C-Level Executive engagement and relationship-management skills .
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, LLMs, Automation, Data, or Cloud technologies .
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong consultative selling and business-development capabilities.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and meeting revenue targets.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain AI solutions in simple business terms.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and business development when required.

Preferred:

• Experience selling AI/GenAI products, SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or IT consulting services .
• Existing relationships with enterprise decision-makers and technology leaders.
• Experience selling to Fortune 500 or large enterprise organizations.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
