Account Manager

Job Title: Account Manager

Company: RevEngineer.ai (a PE-backed unit of Basis Vectors)

Location: Remote

Reports To: VP of Marketing and Delivery & CEO

About Us

RevEngineer.ai is a revenue growth partner that combines AI-enabled execution with

experienced human operators to build predictable sales pipelines. As a PE-backed unit

of Basis Vectors, we have the financial stability and long-term vision to invest deeply in

our clients’ success, while maintaining the agility of a specialized growth team. We work

closely with our sister company, CV3 (Commerce V3), to deliver operator-led, AI-native

commerce and go-to-market solutions.

Why This Role Exists

We are closing more new client partnerships than anticipated. With that growth comes a

clear priority: ensuring every new client receives a seamless onboarding experience

and a dedicated, strategic partner who genuinely understands their business. We are

not looking for someone to just send monthly check-in emails. We need a true owner of

client success—someone who can bridge the gap between our AI-driven capabilities

and our clients’ real-world revenue goals.

What You Will Do

● Own the Client Relationship: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for a

dedicated book of B2B clients, guiding them from onboarding through ongoing

strategy and execution.

● Translate Strategy into Action: Work with clients to understand their go-to-market

goals, then collaborate with our internal delivery, AI, and creative teams to

activate campaigns (including signal-based outbound, inbound demand capture,

and conversion optimization).

● Monitor and Communicate Value: Track client health, campaign performance,

and pipeline growth. Present clear, jargon-free updates that show exactly how

our work is impacting their bottom line.

● Anticipate Needs: Proactively identify risks or opportunities within client accounts

and adjust strategies before minor issues become major problems.

● Bridge the Gap: Act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring our operators

and systems are aligned with what the client actually needs to succeed.

What We Are Looking For

● Experience: 3–5+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or go-to-

market operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS, marketing agency, or revenue

operations environment.

● Communication: You can explain complex go-to-market or AI-driven strategies in

plain, practical English. No buzzwords, just clear updates and honest

conversations.

● Organization: You know how to manage multiple client relationships, keep

internal teams aligned, and never let a critical detail slip through the cracks.

● Curiosity: You do not need to be an AI engineer, but you should be genuinely

interested in how automation, data, and buyer intent are changing sales and

marketing.

● Ownership: You take personal responsibility for client outcomes. When a client

wins, you celebrate it. When something goes off track, you roll up your sleeves

and fix it.

What You Will Get

● Competitive Compensation: A strong base salary with performance-based

incentives tied to client retention and account growth.

● Stability Meets Agility: The financial backing and long-term vision of a PE-owned

firm (Basis Vectors), combined with the hands-on impact of a specialized growth

team.

● Leadership Access: Direct collaboration and mentorship from senior leadership,

including the VP of Marketing and Delivery and the CEO of CV3.

● Real Autonomy: You will be trusted to manage your book of business and build

relationships your way, without micromanagement.
