Company description
ZEISS Visio Gen is a human-led patient engagement service for US ophthalmology practices, operated by ZEISS. It enables practices to respond to website inquiries at any hour: AI generates each reply, and a ZEISS-trained, licensed optometrist reviews it before it reaches the patient. Every interaction follows practice-approved content and protocols and is delivered under the practice's own name. Practice coordinators receive a warm handoff with the patient's intent, context, and recommended next steps, so they can continue the conversation efficiently. Designed specifically for ophthalmology and fully configured and operated by ZEISS, ZEISS Visio Gen is a professionally verified alternative to conventional chatbots.
AI drafts. Humans decide. ZEISS reviews.
