Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5-15 Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Account Managers to manage and grow relationships with Global Capability Center (GCC) customers in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of account management, customer engagement, revenue growth, stakeholder management, and solution selling within large enterprise or GCC environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with assigned GCC customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders across business, technology, procurement, and leadership teams.
• Drive account growth through cross-sell, upsell, and new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Understand customer business priorities and align solutions to address their needs.
• Collaborate with delivery, consulting, product, and pre-sales teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and renewal opportunities.
• Build executive-level relationships and conduct regular business reviews.
• Manage commercial discussions, contract renewals, and negotiation processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 5-15 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Enterprise Sales, or Customer-Relationship-Management.
• Proven experience managing GCC/Global In-house Center (GIC) customers or large enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of technology services, digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, or IT services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business outcomes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B. Tech + MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
• Experience working with Fortune 1000 or multinational customers.
• Existing network within the GCC ecosystem in India is a strong advantage.
