Experience working with Philippine-based clients or vendors is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices and payment requests
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
- Enter invoice data into the accounting system
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payment runs via check ACH wire or online banking
- Maintain accurate vendor files and payment records
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Respond to vendor inquiries professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Preferred
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Experience in a similar role

- Ability to meet deadlines and work independentl
