Job Title: Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong financial background, excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and budgeting
- Analyze financial data and create detailed reports on financial performance and forecasts for senior management
- Monitor revenue and expenditure trends to ensure accuracy of budget forecasts
- Develop systems for collecting, analyzing and reporting financial information accurately and timely
- Prepare month-end closing reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with local laws regarding taxes, accounting standards and other regulations
- Assist with audits of internal processes as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- CPA/CMA certification preferred but not required
- Knowledge of IFRS standards is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant computer software applications (e.g. Quickbooks)
