Responsibilities Manage the Accountant in day-to-day accounting and financial operations. Maintain accurate financial records, general ledgers, and data entries. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions. Manage month-end closing, including journal entries and accruals. Support VAT/GST or other tax return preparation. Maintain petty cash and verify employee expense reports. Prepare invoices, follow up on customer payments, and document receipts. Perform bank reconciliations and track expenses on a regular basis. Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary financial information. Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Provide general administrative assistance to the finance team as required. Must Have Partly qualified CA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounts department. Hands‑on experience with accounting software such as Odoo or similar systems. Strong report writing and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and high attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information. Nice to have Experience with advanced Odoo modules or other accounting systems (Quick Books, Xero). Strong administrative or organizational background. What's great in the job?
