Accountant – Treasurer Cashier

Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Accountant Treasurer / Cashier in Dubai . Our client Leeds HR Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated professional capable of handling accounting treasury cash management banking transactions reconciliations and financial records. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash receipts payments deposits and withdrawals accurately.
  
• Maintain complete records of cash bank and treasury transactions.
  
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  
• Monitor cash balances and support short-term cash-flow planning.
  
• Record financial transactions accurately in accounting ledgers and systems.
  
• Prepare cash treasury reconciliation and financial reports for management review.
  
• Verify payment documents vouchers receipts and supporting financial records.
  
• Ensure proper controls documentation and compliance for all cash-handling activities.
  

Required Skills

1. Cash Management: Ability to manage daily receipts disbursements balances and cash controls.
   
2. Bank Reconciliation: Strong understanding of matching bank statements with accounting records and resolving discrepancies.
   
3. Accounting: Knowledge of journal entries ledgers vouchers and basic financial reporting.
   
4. Treasury Operations: Ability to monitor banking transactions fund movements and liquidity.
   
5. Financial Accuracy: Strong numerical ability and attention to detail when handling financial transactions.
   

Preferred Skills

• Experience using accounting or ERP software.
  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reconciliations and reporting.
  
• Knowledge of internal controls and cash-handling procedures.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Typical requirement: Approximately 25 years of relevant accounting cashier treasury or finance experience is commonly expected for this type of role. Candidates should ideally have practical exposure to cash management reconciliations banking transactions and accounting records.

Education

Minimum: Typical qualification Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Commerce or a related field

Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Finance/Accounting or relevant professional certification

Additional: Accounting/ERP or finance-related certifications are advantageous

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
