Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring an Accountant with real Estate Experience for an esteemed client in Qatar’s real estate sector. We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage day-to-day financial activities and ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Daily transactional bookings
Record-keeping of PDC cheques from tenants
Daily deposits of rental collections
Updates to the investment inventory
Tenancy contract updates and cheque tracking
Follow-up on bounce cheques and RDC reports
Booking and managing expenses
Preparation of payments
Bank reconciliations
Processing supplier payments
Assisting in audits and Dubai report preparation
Tenant screening assistance Management of payables and receivables
PDC management
Bank/supplier reconciliation
Monitoring rental statuses
Tenant management
Additional assistance with audits
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounts
Local experience in accounting, preferably within real estate
Proficiency in accounting software
Filipino nationality preferred, other nationalities welcome.
