Accounting Manager | Hybrid Role at a Billion-Dollar Public Company Built for Growth!

Looking for a role where you lead a team, own the close, and help a fast-scaling public company build out its accounting function? Our client, a publicly traded consumer products company with a portfolio of leading national brands, is hiring an Accounting Manager for its General Ledger team. The role is newly created because of the company's growth. The company is posting record revenue and double-digit growth, and it has expanded its portfolio through recent acquisitions.

Why this role stands out

True hybrid flexibility: Work from home 2–3 days per week. The company is investing in work/life balance and making itself a better place to work.

🚀 High growth: A public company with more than $1 billion in annual revenue, and headcount that has more than quadrupled in the last few years.

Real impact: Help build and improve accounting processes at a company that has scaled quickly and still runs with the energy of a newly formed organization.

Leadership: Lead, coach, and review the work of Staff and Senior Accountants.

Equity: Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) are part of your compensation package.

Outstanding benefits: Employees pay only about 10% of health insurance premiums, and the 401(k) has a 4% company match that vests immediately.

Growth path: More opportunities to advance as the company grows and expands internationally.
