Role Overview

Technomak Modular Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee financial operations at its UAE headquarters. The leadership role covers financial reporting, budgeting, project cost control, cash-flow management, audit coordination, regulatory compliance, and accounting-team management.

Professionals with experience in IFRS, UAE taxation, and project-based sectors such as Oil & Gas, EPC, construction, contracting, or infrastructure are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate-tax, and statutory-reporting requirements
• Lead statutory, internal, and external audits
• Coordinate with auditors and resolve audit findings
• Develop project budgets and monitor cost-to-complete
• Prepare forecasts and analyze budget variances
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and financial guarantees
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• Improve finance processes and internal controls

Requirements

• CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including management responsibilities
• Hands‑on experience with statutory, internal, and external audits
• Strong knowledge of audit planning, financial controls, compliance, and audit‑observation management
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting
• Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, construction, contracting, or infrastructure is preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, corporate tax, internal controls, audit coordination, cash-flow management, and project accounting
