Position: Accounts and Finance Executive

Company Profile: It is an Ahmedabad-based company engaged in the pet-care and pet-products business, with operations spanning wholesale, retail, import and export. Established in 2020, the company operates from Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad, and is focused on serving the growing pet-care market through its product and distribution activities.

The company offers an opportunity to work in a growing and entrepreneurial business environment with exposure to sales, distribution, retail and the expanding pet-care industry.

Experience: Minimum 02 year to maximum 07 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Record and process purchase invoices and sales invoices .
• Maintain bank accounting and bank reconciliation .
• Prepare CC and other banking-related documents .
• Prepare and share payment-related documents and payment confirmations with customers/vendors.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances .
• Handle GST compliance , including GST payment and timely filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable GST returns .
• Handle TDS compliance , including TDS calculation, payment, reconciliation, and timely filing of TDS returns .
• Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents, and statutory compliance records .
• Ensure timely and accurate ledger posting, reconciliations, and accounting entries .
• Assist in monthly closing, MIS, GST/TDS reconciliation, and other finance activities .
• Coordinate with CA/consultants, banks, customers, and vendors for finance and compliance matters.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of AP, AR, Purchase, Sales, Bank Accounting, GST and TDS .
• Practical knowledge of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and TDS return filing .
• Working knowledge of Tally & ERP and MS Excel .
• Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Working days: 6 days a week and only second Saturdays off

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Package: 4.00 LPA to 5.50 LPA (Depends upon the Interview Performance)
