Accounts Executive

Manage daily sales purchase and inventory transactions Maintain accurate accounting and stock records Identify stock shortages excess stock and discrepancies Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports Monitor and reconcile sales purchase and inventory data Coordinate with internal departments for smooth accounting and inventory operations Assist with import and export documentation and related transactions Ensure accurate data entry and reporting through ERP systems Identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements

• Graduate or Postgraduate with 24 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in accounting, sales, purchase, and inventory management.
• Good knowledge of import and export procedures.
• Proficiency in ERP or accounting software.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and data reconciliation.
• Ability to identify errors and resolve discrepancies.
• Knowledge of diamonds and the diamond industry is essential.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
