Growing and innovative wholesale company is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead to support the accounting team and work closely with VP of Finance and Controller. It is a 4-day on-site opportunity in the heart of NY, NY near the Empire State Building. The compensation range is up to 85K with bonus and benefits
The ideal Accounts Payable Lead holds the following experience:
- 5+ years of AP experience coming out of wholesale ( AP and working with Inventory)
- Industry: wholesale experience is a must
- AP candidate will be responsible for cash forecasting, AP postings, vendor management, expense reports, monitor AP aging reports, prepare AP KPIs.
- Software: currently on QuickBooks and in the next year plan on having an new implementation to MS Dynamics.
- Holds a bachelor's degree is a plus.
