Admin & Marketing Assistant

Our client, a growing consumer-focused business in Dubai, is actively seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Admin & Marketing Assistant to join their team. This role will support marketing activities, customer coordination, and day-to-day administration while ensuring smooth execution of ongoing tasks and initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Support

• Assist with marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and activations.
• Coordinate marketing materials, POS materials, printing, and deliveries.
• Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and campaign-related information.
• Support retail marketing activities across partner stores.
• Prepare products, samples, and props for content shoots.
• Coordinate product sends to influencers and content creators.
• Support events, activations, launches, and other marketing initiatives.
• Assist the marketing team with day-to-day execution and coordination.

Customer & E-commerce Support

• Respond to routine customer enquiries through digital channels.
• Assist customers with product, personalization, and order-related queries.
• Support WhatsApp customer communication and marketing activities.
• Coordinate internally to resolve customer requests efficiently.
• Capture recurring customer feedback and enquiries and share relevant insights with the team.

Administration & Coordination

• Support general office, marketing, and administrative activities.
• Obtain quotations and coordinate with suppliers.
• Coordinate couriers, documents, deliveries, and related requirements.
• Maintain organized files, records, trackers, and documentation.
• Assist with invoices and supporting documents.
• Follow up on outstanding actions, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider team as required.
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the reporting manager or Management.

Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in administration, marketing support, customer service, or a similar coordination role.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Confident in communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and digital tools.
• Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp is an advantage.
• Resourceful, proactive, and capable of solving day-to-day problems independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in consumer brands, e-commerce, retail, and marketing.
