You will be at the centre of things, helping to keep the operation moving. On the recruitment side, you will screen CVs, conduct initial candidate interviews, and coordinate interview schedules. On the admin side, you will manage calendars, handle procurement and supplier follow-ups, and keep communication flowing across WhatsApp, email, and daily interactions. You will also support management with various projects and tasks, which means no two days will look the same. If you are the kind of person who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and enjoys being useful, this role will suit you.
We are looking for energy over experience, attitude over qualifications, and initiative over being told what to do. You do not need years of experience. In fact, we would prefer someone early in their career who is eager to learn and build their experience. What matters is that you are ambitious, proactive, and believe you can become a key person in a growing company.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with mostly work-from-home arrangements. The starting salary is AED 3,500 per month, making this opportunity particularly suited to someone who is prioritising learning, exposure, responsibility, and career growth.
