Administrative Assistant

Akkodis is seeking a Administrative Assistant II for a 24 Months contract position with a client located in Akron, OH 44320. SASS testing comes as a plus.

Job Title : Administrative Assistant II

Location : Akron, OH 44320

Duration : 24 Months

Pay Range: $20/hr - $22/hour on w2 (without benefits); the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

100% on-site

Skills Required:

• Prepare hard-copy files for scanning into Filenet.
• Contract employees will also be downloading electronic files from shared folders to enter directly into Filenet.
• Training will be provided by corporate records team.
• Accuracy is critical.
• SASS testing will be required for this role.
• Provide clerical support by typing & proofreading a variety of documents; Sorts and files documents and records; etc.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills and they ability to multi-task.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required
