We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist who will thrive in a challenging, rewarding, process-oriented environment. You will be part of a team supporting the Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), Installations and Logistics (I&L), Logistics Current and Future Operations Branch (LPOV) to ultimately support the GPN PO across its functional areas: Governance, Fiscal, and Joint Logistics Enterprise (JLEnt)/HN. The primary objective is to provide on-site and off-site support to staff the PO, ensuring that GPN program actions are synchronized, and capabilities are effectively managed and modernized.

The Administrative Support Specialist provides skilled administrative or technical support for projects; may participate in writing, preparing, editing, and reviewing documents; producing graphics, reports, presentations, and other materials; providing skilled equipment or information technology operation; supervising data entry and management; coordinating administrative projects; or performing other similar services; ensures the quality and timely completion of work.

Location: Primarily on-site, Pentagon, Arlington, VA. Periodic remote work based on space availability.

Salary: A salary range of $65,000 - $82,000 is available for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certifications, technical qualifications, security clearance, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GPN PO leadership and various functional sections. Under this task, the contractor will serve as the primary administrative engine of the office, managing daily administrative tasks to enable focus on warfighting missions.
• Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, and assist with official travel arrangements and clearances for visitors.
• Draft, format, and route official correspondence, ensuring strict compliance with standard Navy and Marine Corps writing standards and routing procedures.
• Monitor, record, and track administrative and programmatic tasks assigned to the PO, providing regular status updates to leadership to prevent overdue deadlines.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and task management support (up to the Secret level on the Non-classified Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network(NIPRNet) and the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), which includes: receiving, tracking, and processing (Department of the Navy Enterprise Task Knowledge Management Software (DoN ETMS2) tasks and Automatic Message Handling System (AMHS) messages; drafting official correspondence, position papers, and briefings; maintaining SharePoint repositories; researching and developing policy handbooks; and coordinating Program Office conferences and events.

Security Clearance:

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Clearance: Secret clearance required

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant DoW or Federal work experience.
• Skilled in writing, editing, proofreading, data entry, and coordinating administrative duties in a timely and professional manner.
• Experience supporting USMC Headquarters or other military Departments
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
