Skills:
- Extensive affluent/wealth banking and market knowledge
- Strong market strategy and business planning capabilities
- Proven marketing and go-to-market experience
- CRM / customer lifecycle management experience at a strategic level
- Experience working in a head-office / regional / central function, rather than primarily front-line client coverage
- Ability to translate market trends and customer insights into strategic recommendations and a forward-looking vision
- Experience developing customer propositions, segmentation, campaigns, acquisition and retention strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business, product, marketing and senior leadership
