Win and grow the agencies that run creator campaigns on CognitivaOS, making agencies our main channel to brands and creators.
Your mission: sign agencies that bring their brand clients and creator rosters onto CognitivaOS, and grow each account by users and campaign volume.
The role owns the full agency sales cycle, from first contact to an expanding, referenceable account.

Channel growth: turn each signed agency into a channel, onboarding its brand clients and creator rosters onto CognitivaOS.
Expansion: grow users and campaign volume per agency; agree multi-market rollouts with agency groups.
Handover: hand signed accounts to onboarding and customer success with a clear success plan.
Expert support: bring in legal, tax and product colleagues on country-specific compliance questions.
Product feedback: report what agencies ask for, lose on or object to, so it reaches the product roadmap.

You start before the January 2027 UAE launch.
Base salary plus quarterly variable pay on the first-year contract value of the agencies you sign, with accelerators above target, an expansion bonus for agencies that add a second market or double their campaign volume, and optional stock options (subject to the cap table and board approval). Amounts are set per hiring location.
Cognitiva Systems builds CognitivaOS, the cognitive record of the creator industry. Our platform brings creator compliance, cross-border taxation, global IP rights and secure creator payments into one system, so creators are paid in days, not weeks.
Founded in 2026, we have invested more than USD 8 million in product development. CognitivaOS runs a separate legal framework for each country it serves, with contracts in seven languages. We launch in the UAE in January 2027, followed by India and the United States.
We work from Houston, New York, Washington DC, Dubai, Sarajevo and Singapore.
