You will help scale an AI-native engineering organisation building agentic platforms, leading high-performing pods of 10–15 engineers. You'll bring strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience applying AI agents to accelerate delivery at scale. Owning the AI engineering and architecture foundation, you'll drive end-to-end delivery, from use-case ideation through to production rollout.
