Key Responsibilities - Develop enterprise AI & Automation strategy, roadmap, governance & operating model
- Lead AI/automation initiatives from discovery to POC, UAT, production, and monitoring
- Build and deploy GenAI, Enterprise Copilots & AI Agents
- Implement RAG, intelligent document processing & predictive analytics
- Drive workflow, RPA and low-code/no-code automation
- Establish Responsible AI, privacy, security & model-risk controls
- Integrate AI with ERP, CRM, HR, contact-centre & collaboration platforms
- Drive AI adoption, change management and internal AI capability development
