AI Business Strategy Manager

DotKonnekt is an AI company used by brands and retailers to leapfrog with AI. Using DotKonnekt AI Studio, we build and launch enterprise AI applications — including Sangria, our domain-specific AI experience platform that seamlessly blends content and commerce. Sangria leverages rich, organic context to guide users naturally from discovery to purchase, scaling conversions for the brands we work with. You will be the person clients trust to grow their organic presence, run their content engine, and connect every channel back to measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships end-to-end — onboarding, weekly check-ins, QBRs, and everything in between. You are the client's primary point of contact. (includes nurturing clients for referrals, testimonials)
• Drive organic growth using SEO and AEO playbook — keyword research, content gap analysis, on-page recommendations, and visibility in Google AI Overviews and LLM surfaces.
• Use AI to do more, faster — build agentic workflows to generate briefs, repurpose content, and surface ranking opportunities at scale.
• Track and report on what matters — organic traffic, rankings, content performance, and campaign ROI. Build dashboards clients actually look forward to.
• Spot growth opportunities within existing accounts and surface expansion ideas based on client goals and DotKonnekt's AI Studio capabilities.

Required Skills

• You have 3+ years in a client-facing growth, SEO, or content role — agency experience is a strong plus.
• You know SEO deeply — on-page, technical basics, content strategy, and how rankings actually move.
• You understand AEO: how LLMs surface content, what it takes to appear in AI Overviews, and how to write for both humans and machines.
• You have used AI tools to build and deploy workflows that help get things done — not just experimented with them once.
• You are comfortable in analytics — GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent.
• You manage multiple accounts without letting things slip — organized, proactive, and communicating before problems escalate.
• You can translate data into a clear story for clients who want results, not jargon.

Preferred Skills

• Experience running or managing paid search or social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta).
• Familiarity with AI image and video generation tools (Midjourney, HeyGen, Higgsfield, or equivalent) and how to apply them in a brand content workflow.
• Background in retail, fashion, or e-commerce — understanding how content connects to conversion.
