Fashion Associate – AI Fashion Production

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2+ years

Function: Fashion / AI Production

About FlixStock

FlixStock is a global fashion technology company working at the intersection of fashion, artificial intelligence, and e-commerce.

We work with leading global fashion brands and retailers, including major European customers, to create high-quality product imagery using AI-powered production workflows.

For fashion professionals in India, this is a unique opportunity to work closely with international fashion teams and understand how global brands think about styling, product presentation, model aesthetics, quality, and e-commerce content at scale.

The Role

We are looking for Fashion Associates with 2+ years of professional experience and a strong understanding of styling, garment presentation, fit, proportion, and visual quality.

This is not a conventional styling role. You will work at the intersection of fashion and technology, helping translate fashion judgment into AI workflows, visual standards, and scalable production systems.

Who We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of relevant professional fashion experience
• Graduate from NIFT or another strong fashion/design institution preferred
• Experience in styling, fashion e-commerce, visual merchandising, editorial, fashion content, or related roles
• Strong eye for styling, fit, proportions, posing, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to clearly explain why an image works or does not work
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with structured processes and quality standards
• Curious about AI and how technology is changing the fashion industry
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-volume environment

Why This Role Is Different

This role offers exposure that is very different from a traditional fashion job.

You will get the opportunity to work on projects for leading European fashion brands and retailers while learning how fashion expertise is being translated into AI systems.

You will gain hands-on experience in:

• International fashion and e-commerce standards
• European brand aesthetics and styling requirements
• AI-generated fashion imagery
• Model and pose selection
• Brand-compliant visual production
• Fashion quality control at scale
• Converting fashion judgment into repeatable AI workflows

You will see first-hand how AI models behave in real fashion production and help shape how those systems improve.

Career Opportunity

For someone early in their fashion career, this can be a highly differentiated path.

Instead of working only in traditional styling or production, you will build a combination of:

Fashion expertise + AI understanding + technology exposure + global e-commerce experience.

You will work with teams solving questions such as:

• How should AI understand fashion styling?
• How do we teach AI what a good fashion image looks like?
• Where can AI make decisions and where is human judgment still essential?
• How do global brand guidelines get converted into scalable AI workflows?
• How do we continuously improve AI-generated fashion imagery?

This is an opportunity to build a skill set that is becoming increasingly important as AI changes how fashion content is created globally.
