As an AI & GenAI Project Lead supporting CNS Middle East in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of generative AI project lifecycles, Azure AI ecosystem integration, project budgeting, timelines, RFPs, and vendor management.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and deploying LLM applications, orchestrating Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio implementations, managing stakeholder alignment, and ensuring strict compliance with enterprise standards.
You will operate in a collaborative enterprise R&D environment while partnering directly with global engineering squads, client stakeholders, and senior talent acquisition specialists like Syed Naveed.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise‑grade artificial intelligence and Generative AI initiatives through complete lifecycles from initial planning to production deployment.
- Architect, develop, and deploy robust Large Language Model (LLM) applications and cognitive services across enterprise workflows.
- Administer and configure advanced cloud AI tooling including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
- Oversee comprehensive AI project delivery, resource allocation, financial budgeting, milestone tracking, and schedule adherence.
- Manage Request for Proposals (RFPs), vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and third‑party technology partnerships.
- Collaborate seamlessly with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and executive leadership during development cycles.
- Establish rigorous governance frameworks, model evaluation metrics, security protocols, and compliance standards for AI deployments.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Probability, or a closely related quantitative field (strictly enforced requirement).
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive professional experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Machine Learning Engineering.
