About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading global technology and consulting organization, is expanding its Organizational Change Management practice and seeking an experienced Consulting Manager, Organizational Change Management to support large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.

The practice is experiencing increased demand for OCM leadership across several major transformation programs, with an immediate focus on AI-driven change initiatives in Washington, DC , as well as broader transformation work within banking, financial services, and health insurance .

For this opportunity, you will support a Banking & Financial Services transformation and serve in a highly client-facing capacity, leading change activities from strategy through execution. You will partner with program leadership, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to help drive adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working.

A key requirement is previous OCM experience supporting at least one AI or Generative AI implementation .

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management activities across large-scale transformation programs
• Own and lead OCM workstreams while partnering closely with program and project leadership
• Develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training approaches
• Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments
• Identify impacted stakeholder groups and develop strategies to drive awareness, engagement, readiness, and adoption
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business, technology, risk, and program stakeholders
• Identify change-related risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Support leadership alignment and executive communications
• Align OCM activities, milestones, and deliverables with the broader transformation roadmap
• Help drive measurable adoption and successful implementation of new technologies and ways of working

What We're Looking For

• 6–8+ years of Organizational Change Management experience supporting large-scale transformation programs
• OCM experience supporting at least one AI, Generative AI, or enterprise AI implementation
• Demonstrated experience leading OCM projects or workstreams
• Strong experience across stakeholder engagement, change communications, training, adoption, and organizational readiness
• Hands-on experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments
• Experience working within complex program or project management environments
• Strong client-facing consulting experience
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, program leadership, and cross-functional teams
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC 3–4 days per week

Preferred Experience

• Banking, financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industry experience
• Experience supporting enterprise technology, AI, or digital transformation programs
• Experience working within a consulting or professional services environment
• Experience operating within global or highly matrixed organizations
• Exposure to program management frameworks and structured transformation delivery models
• Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and leadership teams
