Detailed Job Description As an AI Tech Lead / Solution Architect based on-site in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will take full operational, tactical, and strategic ownership of artificial intelligence solution design, architectural governance, technical delivery, and multi-cloud AI integration. Your day-to-day responsibilities include architecting enterprise-grade AI applications, designing Generative AI pipelines utilizing LLMs, RAG, GraphRAG, and Agentic AI frameworks, implementing orchestration tools such as LangChain and LangGraph, configuring cloud AI services via Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, or AWS Bedrock, integrating high-performance vector databases, REST APIs, and microservices architectures, and leading technical security, data governance, and compliance standards. You will utilize your proactive problem-solving and executive leadership skills to resolve complex architectural bottlenecks under strict enterprise performance standards.
Key Responsibilities - Lead comprehensive AI application solution design, technical architecture evaluations, and end-to-end enterprise delivery.
- Architect cutting-edge Generative AI systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG / GraphRAG), and Agentic AI workflows.
- Implement advanced AI orchestration frameworks and multi-agent pipelines utilizing LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent technologies.
- Configure, deploy, and manage cloud artificial intelligence services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and AWS Bedrock.
- Integrate scalable vector databases, high-performance REST APIs, and distributed microservices architectures.
- Establish rigorous AI architecture, security hardening, data privacy, and ethical AI governance frameworks across enterprise deployments.
- Provide expert technical leadership, mentorship, and engineering guidance to multidisciplinary software and data science teams.
- Author meticulous architectural blueprints, technical specification documents, security compliance frameworks, and executive advisory reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 15+ years of progressive professional software engineering, systems architecture, and technical leadership experience.
- Strong, demonstrable hands-on expertise in AI application solution design, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG/GraphRAG, and Agentic AI.
- Proven practical experience implementing AI orchestration frameworks including LangChain and LangGraph.
