Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Test AI/ML applications chatbots recommendation systems and automation tools.
Validate AI model outputs for accuracy consistency relevance and reliability.
Perform functional regression integration API and user acceptance testing.
Conduct prompt testing and response validation for Generative AI applications.
Identify AI hallucinations bias ethical risks and edge-case failures.
Prepare test cases test plans bug reports and QA documentation.
Work with data scientists developers and product teams to improve model quality.
Verify training datasets for quality completeness and correctness.
Perform automation testing using QA tools and scripting frameworks.
Monitor AI system performance after deployment and report anomalies.
Ensure compliance with security privacy and regulatory requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement of AI testing methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and Generative AI systems.
Experience with manual and automated testing.
Familiarity with API testing tools such as:
o Postman
o Swagger
Knowledge of testing frameworks and bug-tracking tools:
o Selenium
o JIRA
o TestRail
Basic understanding of Python or scripting languages.
Experience in validating chatbot or LLM responses is an advantage.
Understanding of data validation and model evaluation metrics.
