AI Training and Enablement Lead (support role) - SCS AI Solutions
Support role · part time, FTE set per month (heavier during rollout and handover) · UAE-based · 12 months · immediate start
The training lead makes sure the client's staff use the solutions confidently and can run them after handover, which is a core part of every project.
What you will do
- Assess training needs for each user group: end users, reviewers, power users, IT administrators and managers.
- Write bilingual (Arabic and English) training material, quick guides and short videos.
- Deliver classroom and online training during office hours, and record attendance and results.
- Run AI literacy sessions: what the AI can and can't do, how to check its output, when to escalat.
- Measure adoption after go-live and close gaps; lead the knowledge-transfer plan with the AI delivery lead.
Must have
- SIgnificant experience designing and delivering training for software rollouts (more is a strong plus), ideally Microsoft 365 or Power Platform.
- Experience training large-enterprise users.
- Can deliver training in Arabic and English, or English with an Arabic-speaking co-trainer arranged.
- Must be present in UAE already and available to start immediately (with 5 days notice).
Nice to have
- Change management certification (Prosci or similar).
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
- AI literacy or Copilot adoption programmes.
