• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, quickly diagnosing and addressing technical challenges.

• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HR, finance systems, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work directly with partner and customer technical teams- solving problems and building trust.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for client and partner engagements.
• Eagerness to learn, share, and grow with the team.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with workflow orchestration engines.
• Coding or scripting skills (Python preferred).
• Experience delivering technical workshops or training sessions.
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices in integrations.

What We Offer:

• Opportunity to shape the marketing analytics strategy at a leading AI company.
• Exposure to cutting-edge AI/ML applications in real-world business contexts.
• Collaborative, innovative, and growth-driven work environment.
• Competitive compensation, benefits, and career advancement opportunities.
