Antitrust Associate

Strata Legal Talent is conducting a search for an antitrust associate with approximately 3–6 years of relevant experience to join a leading antitrust practice in Washington, DC.

The position offers the opportunity to work across a sophisticated antitrust practice, with a particular focus on merger review, government investigations and enforcement, antitrust litigation, and counseling.

We are interested in attorneys with substantive experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Merger review and government merger investigations
• HSR filings, second requests, and merger clearance matters
• DOJ and FTC investigations and enforcement matters
• Civil antitrust litigation
• Conduct and monopolization matters
• Antitrust counseling

Candidates do not need experience across every area. Attorneys currently practicing at law firms, as well as attorneys with the DOJ Antitrust Division or Federal Trade Commission, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–6 years of relevant antitrust experience
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Strong academic and professional credentials
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• DC Bar admission or eligibility for admission

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000–$390,000 , depending on class year and experience, plus eligibility for bonus compensation.
