Represent the Secretary of Veterans Affairs before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC)
Appellate attorneys serve as lead counsel, manage their own caseloads, and build substantial experience in legal research, persuasive writing, litigation strategy, and oral advocacy.
