Handyman for Maintenance and Repair Services in Ar-Ruwais

We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Ar‑Ruais, providing maintenance and repair services for residential and commercial properties. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs to ensure that properties are well‑maintained and functioning properly.

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing minor damages.
• Perform basic carpentry tasks such as installing shelves, repairing furniture, and building simple structures.
• Handle plumbing issues such as unclogging drains and fixing leaking pipes.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform basic electrical repairs.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces of buildings.
• Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
• Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary materials for repairs.
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail: with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients effectively.

Salary: 1200$ per month.

Location: The position is based in Ar‑Ruais. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in the city or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Accommodation: Accommodation will not be provided by the company. Candidates must arrange their own housing.

Experience: This job is suitable for individuals without prior experience. We will provide on‑the‑job training for the selected candidate.
