An appointment is only useful when the conversation before it is handled correctly.
As an Appointment Coordinator, you will help people move from an initial question to an organized next step. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who likes an active day built around communication and organization.
Your responsibilities include communicating with prospective clients, confirming details, coordinating conversations, maintaining accurate notes, and keeping follow-up on track.
You do not need insurance experience to start.
Training will help you learn:
• How to handle common conversations
• How to organize follow-up
• How to use the team's systems
• How to keep appointments and next steps clear
This role can translate especially well for people coming from restaurants, hospitality, front desk work, customer service, administrative support, or scheduling.
