Position: Arabic Chef
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Arabic Chef to join our culinary team! If you have a strong background in Arabic cuisine and a passion for preparing authentic, high-quality dishes, we would love to hear from you.
Location: Qatar
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Arabic dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP requirements.
- Manage food preparation, ingredient storage, and stock rotation.
- Monitor food quality and minimize food waste.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in menu development and recommend new Arabic dishes when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as an Arabic Chef in a restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic cuisine, including hot and cold mezze, grills, rice dishes, and other regional specialties.
- Ability to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- Candidates must be in QATAR
