Location: Qatar Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook authentic Arabic dishes according to established recipes and quality standards. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP requirements. Manage food preparation, ingredient storage, and stock rotation. Monitor food quality and minimize food waste. Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist in menu development and recommend new Arabic dishes when required. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience as an Arabic Chef in a restaurant or hotel. Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic cuisine, including hot and cold mezze, grills, rice dishes, and other regional specialties. Ability to maintain consistent food quality and presentation. Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
