About the Role

We are looking for an Arabic-Speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team on a part-time basis in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting outreach activities, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.

What You'll Do

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify potential prospects through LinkedIn, business directories, and online research.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Introduce ConsultTik's services and generate interest from potential clients.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

Meeting Coordination

• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
• Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move opportunities forward.
• Maintain professional communication with prospects throughout the process.

CRM & Reporting

• Record outreach activities, lead details, and meeting outcomes in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information.
• Provide weekly reports on outreach efforts, leads generated, and meetings booked.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in telesales, lead generation, telemarketing, business development, or a similar role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Must currently reside in Qatar.
