Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting,
or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Minimum 7-10 years of banking experience with at least 5 years in Business Analysis, Transaction Banking, Trade
Finance, Global Transaction Banking, or related functions.
- Experience in Trade Finance products including Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Supply Chain Finance,
Receivables Finance, and Structured Trade.
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and transformation
initiatives.
- Experience supporting revenue growth programs, product commercialization, or business development initiatives
is preferred.
- Experience in trade digitization, process automation, or technology implementation projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Trade Finance operating models and transaction banking processes.
Required Special Skills
- Strong business analysis and requirement management skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development skills.
- Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
- Good understanding of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products.
- Knowledge of international trade flows, trade corridors, and transaction banking solutions.
