Job Purpose
Responsible for leading and coordinating the architectural design and development of residential villa and home-development projects from concept through construction and handover The role ensures that designs meet client requirements approved drawings applicable UAE regulations authority requirements quality standards and project timelines
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate architectural designs with Civil Structural Electrical MEP and other consultants
- Review drawings and identify design conflicts before construction
- Prepare drawings and documents for submission to relevant authorities
- Coordinate with Municipality ADM DM Trakhees or other applicable authorities
- Attend authority meetings and address technical comments
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction follows approved designs
- Review contractor shop drawings and material submissions
- Coordinate design revisions with clients and consultants
- Prepare as-built drawings and documentation for project handover
- Monitor design-related issues and provide practical site solutions
- Maintain proper architectural documentation and revision control
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Home Country License mandatory.
- Minimum 3 5 years UAE experience in residential, villa, or home-development projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approval procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit .
- Knowledge of architectural detailing and construction materials.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
