Must-Haves
About the Company
We're an award-winning MEP engineering firm in Milwaukee that specializes in high-performance, energy-efficient buildings . Our team of skilled engineers and designers takes pride in doing great work.
What You'll Do
You'll run the show on your projects: owning the schedule, the budget, and the scope, and serving as the main point of contact for the client.
You'll lead the design of building systems engineered to perform, build the project task list, assign work to your team, and give daily technical guidance. You're accountable for the accuracy and quality of every deliverable that leaves your desk.
You'll also help shape proposals, join client presentations, and coordinate sub-consultants so responsibilities stay clear across offices.
What Makes This Different
You won't just manage a project. You'll own a portion of a profit center , with real authority to speak for the firm, direct the work, and expedite decisions.
Every project centers on high-performance design , spanning mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, temperature controls, lighting, and sustainability. This is where your systems knowledge and energy-modeling skills get used every day.
Who Thrives Here
You can juggle multiple projects and multiple teams without dropping quality. You're equally strong with clients and with mentoring the engineers coming up behind you.
You bring sharp judgment, clear communication, and problem-solving that catches issues before they become budget problems. Staying current through continuing education is expected and supported.
