About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Architectural Engineer with 8 years of experience to design plan and oversee architectural aspects of building and modular projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EPC modular building fabrication or commercial/residential construction projects .
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and prepare architectural designs drawings and detailed layouts for projects.
Collaborate with structural civil and MEP teams to ensure design coordination.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes standards and safety regulations.
Review and approve architectural drawings and plans from consultants and subcontractors.
Provide technical guidance on materials finishes and design specifications.
Support project execution by resolving design-related issues during construction or fabrication.
Maintain project documentation and ensure timely submission of design deliverables.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
8 years of experience in architectural design and project execution preferably in EPC or modular building projects .
Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or equivalent).
Knowledge of local and international building codes regulations and standards.
Strong communication problem-solving and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
