Art Director - Creative Design Specialist Our creative agency is seeking an experienced Art Director to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and creative direction of projects for our clients. This role requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the overall creative vision and concept for projects
Lead and direct a team of designers to deliver high-quality work that meets client’s objectives
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technology to continuously improve design concepts
Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Guide the development of visual elements such as layouts, typography, color schemes, and graphics
Oversee the production process to ensure quality standards are met
Requirements
Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role in the creative industry
Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design)
Knowledge of print production processes is preferred
Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
Indian nationality preferred but not required
