We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our creative agency in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative visual concepts for various projects, including advertisements, marketing campaigns, and branding materials. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines Create compelling designs and layouts for print and digital materials such as brochures, websites, social media graphics, etc. Manage the entire design process from concept development to final production Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices Present ideas and designs to clients and receive feedback for revisions Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to ensure cohesive execution of projects Oversee junior designers and provide guidance as needed Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field 3+ years of experience as an Art Director in a creative agency setting Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) Understanding of design principles such as composition, color theory, typography etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills Benefits:
