Art Director for Creative Agency in Al-Khor, Qatar Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of designers and artists to create innovative and visually appealing designs for various projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity and design requirements.
Develop concepts, storyboards, and visual designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the creative process.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to foster their growth within the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or similar environment.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs for various mediums including print, digital, and social media.
Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team towards success.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Salary: The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
Location: This position is located in Al-Khor, Qatar.
Nationality Preference: We are looking for candidates from Pakistan who have a valid work visa in Qatar. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
